We need to make them irrelevent.

I have a friend, a Hindu from India who has recently become a US citizen. But her thoughts are before we take Osama out, we must piss him off, we must rile him. And then his friends will come out in his defense. Then we must take them out too.

She's got a good idea. It's already working.
