I look forward to visiting that memorial and touching the name of my UNcle who died over Germany when an 88 AA hit his B-17 just before release of their bomb load ... witnesses say the entire plane went up in a ball of fire. My Mom;s family took several years to get closure ... but are as proud of that young man as one can be.
Someday, after my time here on earth is through, I look forward to meeting him, hugging him and thanking him for his sacrifice on behalf of my liberties.
