Caught about ten minutes of Rush 2 different days this week after almost a year without hearing him...I have a question. Has anyone but me noticed a change in his voice? It really struck me both times. He is either 1}Using his haughty affected voice all the time now, or 2}He has a serious medical condition in the area of his esophagus or bronchial tubes.

Did anyone see how Chris Matthews reacted to Bush's speech. I haven't seen him lately and was wondering what he thought of it... Thanks
