Did anyone see Justices Ginsburg & Breyer -- I don't believe I saw them with the rest of the Court. If indeed they were not there, is there any acceptable explaination for their absence?

Missing justices MAY have been kept away in the event of another attack. PURELY speculation on my part. I did hear that the VP and a cabinet member were also kept away for the same reason.

I think I saw Ginsberg sitting on the row behind the other justices I don't know what Breyer looks like.

Breyer was there. I believe for security reasons, part of the court was not present for the same reason Cheney was not there.

I saw Breyer, but I didn't see Souter or Ginsburg. Isn't one of them always "on-call" or something?
