I think it would be a neat PsyWarOps to drop a BUNCH of harmless battery-powered "red dot" devices all over Afghanistan for the children to play with. You KNOW the kids will run around pointing this neat red light at people. Imagine the mental state this will put these Taliban losers in once a few heads explode after having similiar red dots put on them!
