I was across the street at the Vet tonight, and the patriotism was on display there as well. Tonight, we can be proud of our country and president (and I am proud of my city).

This is good stuff.
Kinda makes you wanna wear a hat and tie to the games (old time patriotism and respect)

Just showed it at the end of "Nightline." Also saw it on the CBS station in the sports section during 10:00 news.

America has been starved for leadership for far too long.
My scant criticisims of GWB aside, all I could mutter over and over during the speech was:
THANK YOU GOD! BILL CLINTON IS NOT OUR PRESIDENT THIS DAY.

I'm a hockey fan and I think this is great!!
Every day I wakeup and thank God that Al Gorp is not our president. GW has real leadership ability. Al Gorp couldn't lead a pack of hungry wolves to fresh meat.

Pretty cool, huh? With all due respects...this is the understatment of our time...
I am heartened here, there, and across the nation...I am proud to call myself American!

I sure wish they had done this in Dallas tonight at the Stars game .... Dallas won 4-2 but I couldn't help but wish that I'd been able to listen to the speech.

"It's our reality right now," Leetch said. "It's not part of a movie, it's part of our life now. There's no denying it or trying to get away from it." Incredible!!! wha da country!!!

There were six fights in the game as the team combined for 112 penalty minutes -- 96 in the first 16 minutes.
Three weeks until the greatest sport in the world begins, happy days. :-)
