I remember toward the end of the clinton term,there were thoughts of a November or December surprise that would keep Clinton in the White House because he would have to declare martial law. I wonder if there is any connection to the attacks and the theories of late last year

If the theories had any ring of truth to them they would have used em as soon as the election was seen as deadlocked. But you noticed with Dubya in office, even this act of war has not brought about talk of martial law. It's reserved for wannabe dictators like team hitlery.
