Terrorists Booked Flight to Portland

Federal authorities told KGW Wednesday that a credit card belonging to a Texas doctor may have been used to buy airline tickets for terrorist suspects to fly to Portland.
Al-Badr Al Hazmi, 34, of San Antonio, was in FBI custody undergoing questioning Wednesday.
Sources said his credit card was used to buy a ticket for one of the terrorist flights that crashed into the World Trade Center in New York, and now the FBI is looking into tickets he may have purchased for an upcoming flight to Portland.
Al Hazmi booked a trip for up to five people from San Antonio, through Denver and on to Portland for Saturday, September 22, sources told KGW.
The Associated Press reported that federal authorities believe a second wave of terrorist violence was planned for that day.
"We are looking at the possibility that there were additional planes [to be hijacked] but we are unable to confirm it," Attorney General John Ashcroft said Tuesday.
Al Hazmi is a Saudi-born medical resident at the University of Texas Health Science Center.
Federal agents raided his office and confiscated his computer, authorities said.
He is being questioned by the FBI about technical and financial support he may have given hijackers responsible for the World Trade Center disaster a week ago, sources said.
I want to know if the five people who were planning to take this flight are in custody, or whether they are still on the loose and preparing to complete their mission.
Last week, my wife and I were on vacation at Shalisan on 9/11. We cut our vacation short and headed back to California.
We spent that night at Brookings, Or., and the next morning on tv we heard that Portland's airport had been closed down due to some police action. When we continued our trip back home, the airport was still closed!
Could you fill us in on what happened re that closure?
These illegal aliens in America, who hate America should be rounded up and kept in prison until this thing is over!
The authorities haven't released much. Two men were detained for discrepancies with their immigration paperwork. One was released, but I believe the other is still in custody.
The problem of sending them back to where they came from, is that they would be back here before we finished the paper work. A few years a serial killer, and illegal alien from Mexico was finally caught and put on trial. He had been caught and imprisoned on other crimes and then sent back to Mexico. Within days/weeks he was right back here kill some more and commit more crimes.
Actually if the middle Easterner is American or here legally and is a real practicing Muslim, he/she is probably okay. These Islamic terrorists violate all of the laws of Islam. They are not supposed to kill women or children, destroy a building just to destroy a building or even kill an unarmed enemy!
As we know it, they continue to do this all the time and have for close to two decades. These terrorisists have twisted and pervert Islam to sanction their violence against the innocent! (No I'm not a Muslim, I'm an Episcopalian or Anglican to you Canadians!) The practing Muslims that I have known and meet, abhor these terrorists even more than I do for the bending of their religion to justify these hideous terrorist activities!
Hats off to the Canutes who helped us to defuse the Millenium terrorists on New Years eve, Dec. 31, 1999! You guys saved a lot of American lives!

We cancelled our vacation and headed home, back to California, on 101 south. We spent the night at Brookings, Oregon, which is right on the Cal/Or border. Later that evening we were in the gift shop of the restaurant linked with the motel, we stayed in!
I got into a little donney brook with a California liberal. A gentleman backed me up and was even more vocal in condemning the terrorists and backing President Bush.
The California liberal left. We started talking to this supportive man and his wife, and they both started crying about the incident. I thanked him for his support and asked him where he was from. He was from some small community in BC! This couple was 180 degrees from the socialist watermelon Canadians that we know down here. They became American citizens and hate America! I refuse to even talk to those people! This couple and you and many others are wonderful!
We hugged each other and shook hands goodbye after talking for about 5 minutes. My wife and I were very moved by the honest support and obvious sorrow on our American Tragedy from these two wonderful Canadians!
