I think we are called to do what we can do by His Grace and trust Him with the results and the details.
He can be very particular--even fastitidous, picky in some senses a perfectionist at times in some situations over some details--touching the Ark of the Covenant etc.
But He's NOT prissy and He's NOT petty.
A heart attitude of Love is very key and impressive with Him. Sacrificial actions out of a Loving heart go a long way with Him in any circumstance. . . . my experience AND my opinion.
Many thanks for the message/reminder about God not being picky/prissy, and that the heart's intent is what He looks for. I'll accept that as Him speaking to me, because it answered a question/worry. In times like this, that spirit of 'overwhelm' steps in. And it will remind 'you' of the perfect, holy God, who expects His 'kids' to be like Him, and the kid KNOWS how imperfect they are. (sigh)
