A New Hampshire man was arrested after allegedly trying to pass through a Logan International Airport metal detector with a loaded 22-caliber handgun.
Harold Cook, 57, was arrested shortly after 8:30 a.m. at a Delta Air Lines security checkpoint in Terminal C, said Phil Orlandella, spokesman for the Massachusetts Port Authority.

Yes. Perhaps his case will make it to the Supreme Court. There isn't any "flying on an aircraft" exception.
