The rest of the firefighters ought to refuse to answer 911 calls in that area unless the American Flag flys on the truck. Burn Baby Burn.

Fernandez said if the two firefighters refuse to ride when they return to work, they ``will be met with severe discipline.'' Send them to New York to help with the rescue efforts there.

Why do these people to stay in a country they clearly hate?
To: TexRef
I'm disappointed that the rest of the firefighters didn't beat the crap out of these two.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Chief R.D. Paulison:
786-331-5122
That is his direct line, not an emergency number.

I hear Afghanistan is looking for experienced (and will accept even if applicant exhibits cowardly behavior) firefighters.

So, if you have the American flag outside your home, I guess these two firefighters will watch it burn with glee.

I hope that was sarcasm...
Anyway, these fire fighters are scum. For one, they're putting people's lives in danger by being unwilling to ride in a fire engine with an American flag, holding up everyone else before they could reach the site of the fire. And if they had not gone then the decrease in manpower would've yet again put people's lives in danger. Anyone caught in the fire, as well as their fellow firefighters who have to perform undermanned. And thirdly, they don't give any thought to the hundreds of fire fighters who died in New York. Just to themselves. They deserve to be fired.

Florida once again disgraces itself.
I apologize on behalf of all the decent Americans who live here -- these people do not represent us.
To: TexRef
Maybe crap like this at a time like this will finally open the eyes of the public at large as to what kind of people are behind the endless whining that has strangled this country for far too long now.

I wonder if the union will be backing them when they file their grievance.
To: Dog Gone
It's time we got our country back. I am sick to death of people who do not love our country. Send them to Afganistan to live.

I'm betting these were affirmative action hires. They got their jobs through the compassion and sense of fair play that signifies the country they hate. They will have a special place in Hell...the sooner the better.
To: TexRef
That should be two "ex-firemen".
