He was raised by believing parents, but he was young and in college and had strayed away from God. They prayed over him night and day, read healing scriptures, had people praying for him and he came out of the coma. He is healthy, saved, an artist for God, and a powerful witness.
I really love to listen to these personal stories about what God has done, so I was enjoying it and thanking God, when the boy said, with laser beamed eyes at the camera, "To every believer out there, when you pray..BELIEVE, AND NEVER, NEVER,GIVE UP. NEVER GIVE UP. I have always believed that, but when he said it like he did, the Holy Spirit really hit me strong and I said to myself...listen to this, God is strongly witnessing to me that this is very important, remember this.
About one month later a trial came suddenly upon my husband and I that lasted over three years. It never let up and it increased in intensity. It was a very hard trial. God gave us scriptures and other signs telling us of victory throughout those years. It was unending and in the natural, our victory was very, very, unlikely. We believed those scriptures were from God and though the things we had to go through were so difficult, we had peace.
Suddenly, victory came and in an incredible way that we would have never guessed. Only God could have done it. God's that way, you know. All through that three years, when I would get weak, I'd hear that "never give up" personal message He gave me before I knew why. He was building my faith for what was about to happen to me. I had always totally believed in the power of prayer and God's promises, but now I believe it to the tenth degree and never give up. Sometimes what I've asked for doesn't happen. But, that's God's business and I trust Him.
