This must be a different Catholic religion than the one I was raised in. I think if you looked at Arlington or Normandy just the number of Irish Catholics alone would be astounding.

Thank you for your insights. This particular Nun is usually a spitfire, no-nonsense (hates the term PC) and popular figure, from what I understand. I know that Catholics are obligated to follow the church's (Pope's) position on issues and it concerned me greatly that pacifism was the RC official position on handling terrorists. Doing some soul-searching...and trying to understand the feminization of the RC church (whoops, repenting and asking for forgiveness).
