Thanks for the info. I've seen too many of my friends and peers up here adamantly opposed to going to war, no matter the cause. It sickens me, especially since I know that this attitude is so prevalant that Canada won't enact any draft for a long, long time.
As for me, to hell with safety and security. What good is liberty if you aren't willing to sacrifice your life for it? It becomes an illusion, something 'nice to have' but easily discarded. Not for me - I say better to die in the battlefield than to live as a coward in chains.
You're welcome. There were also a bunch of Mexicans but I think they were mostly Citizens and it wasn't good manners to ask them what their immigration status was so I don't really think of them as foreigners.
