I remember be astounded when I first saw the Cole on board the Blue Marlin. I did a search and came up with this US Navy photo. Not the one I remember, but it gets the point across.

"Check out my post #17 & 19. What do you think? Connections?" General aviation is still banned from flying VFR in the U.S., and IFR flights have to file flight plans with the FAA while on the ground.
Most of the 19 terrorists had training in general aviation aircraft.
Air Force 1 was a target. Air Force 1 flew above general aviation altitudes last Tuesday for defensive measures.
So I think that any reasonable person could conclude that these jihad-kamikazi hybrids are still a threat to rent small aircraft and fly them into various targets. They certainly aren't going to commandeer anymore jetliners with Delta Force commandos on board each one.
This attack is MUCH larger than four airliners in the NorthEast. We have been infiltrated and targeted. It's going to take a little time to round all of the terrorists up, too.

One more thing; the Cole was attacked on October 12.
Any bets for a repeat incident here on that date?

Timing is everything.......

The USS COLE (DDG-67) was re-launched last week at Northrop Grumman Corporation's Pascagoula shipyard. The ship was launched a day earlier than previously scheduled at the company's Ingalls Operations. Please notice that no where in this article does it mention where "Pascagoula" or "Ingalls" shipyard is located. They just can't bring themselves to print MISSISSIPPI. This type of biggotry is very common in the media.

They certainly aren't going to commandeer anymore jetliners with Delta Force commandos on board each one. Seems to me that Delta force should be jumping into mountain terrain right about now, not babysitting airliners. US Marshalls on the other hand are another matter.

This is just in time to get some payback for the men and women lost in the attack on the Cole.

They just can't bring themselves to print MISSISSIPPI. With the media morons we have today, I doubt many of them could even spell it. What would be great would to see films on the news of the USS Cole under full steam when things kick off. It doesn't matter what they're doing or where they are, just letting our enemies know that it could be coming at them would be a victory.
