Besides, the "Alive Only" reward is only $5 million. Those businessmen are trying to put up $1 BILLION (with a B). Legal issues are mostly theoretical - I don't think any jury in the country would convict on the pretty obvious criminal charges (unless they are followers of Sharpton, ion which case, the chance goes from none to slim for conviction). This will be interesting, and I pity the poor prosecutor who has to handle this case.
