AppyPappy, I was a little young during Vietnam. However I did go and look up some references to Operation Linebacker and it seems to me that 1 and 2 were one of the successes of the Vietnam War. I really would like a clarity on the point you were making. I'm a little slow Today and still am reeling from the hit to my community in NYC.

To put it bluntly, we bombed the shit out of them. We bombed concentrations of troops with B-52 strikes.
