Why are Minnesotan's so thick? I know a few and they seem normal enough, but politically, they are waaaaaay left.

American's (until last Tuesday) have led such a sheltered life with regards to international threats to our homeland that most just cant see that for most of history, conflict has been THE RULE, not the exception.

Thank God that there are enough people with spine in this country to make up for the dim-bulbs.

I grew up in Wisconsin, and I can tell you there is definitely something in the lutefisk over there.
