Every year the Jews had to make a sacrifice for their sins under the Old Testament. After Jesus (in the New Testament), this is not necessary any more. Jesus took His own blood and poured it on the mercy seat of God, ONCE - FOR ALL. God is no longer in the judgment business. He is now in the mercy and grace business.
The only judgement to come will be when you stand before God and have to explain to him what you did with your life as a Christian. The only other judgment will be the White Throne Judgment, when all the heathen (unsaved) get to see what they refused to accept (heaven), and they then receive their final judgment.
No Sue I am addressing the following statement
Now, will someone please tell me if they think God destroys buildings in heaven and kills 5000 people?? God cannot bring to earth what He does not have. There is nothing evil in heaven, therefore, God cannot bring evil to the earth.
I would point out there is plenty of judgement to go around in the NT book of Revelation
Malachi3:6For I [am] the LORD, I change not;
Yow! When did that stop? Have you read Romans 1 lately, which is again happening? Revelation isn't quite finished yet either.
