Earlier this week, perhaps a day after the tragic attack, I saw a piece on TV about a company that makes this type of protective footwear for dogs. They are donating the products and have sent them to New York.

I saw last night on the info scrolling across the bottom of the screen that a firm in england was sending "boots" for the animals. I was just remarking earlier in the day to hubby how those poor paws were not protected from sharp glass and steel of those search dogs....
