This is NOT a solution. Even if we get bin Laden, there'll be hundreds more ready and willing to carry on his cause. We must annihilate ALL of them to ensure our continued safety and freedoms. This includes CHILDREN who, when interviewed, say they are eager to die in order to kill Americans. They're indoctrinated with this from birth, and those with charismatic & evil personalities, e.g., Hitler & Clinton, will rise up. We will never be safe again until the threat is totally wiped out.

As enraged as the world is, the threat is from the various terrorist cells all over the world. If we punish those giving support and shelter to the terrorists, we must nuke D.C, ourselves.

Rage, revenge and blood-thirst aside, who would we bomb? It is far more effective to let Kabul starve and freeze. That would yield a high body count without a weapon being fired. When they get desperate, let them ante up Bin Laden or his remains. As enraged and frustrated as America is; invasion or attack are a waste.

When Pakistan can't control the flood of refugees, they'll give us the intelligence we need.

There might be a finishing job on Iraq (oil fields wanted - oh, wow!), but that will only solve part of the problem while dedicating the individual cells to a radically worse terrorist operation on U.S. soil.

The terrorist threat on U.S. soil has just begun.

While the Muslims in this country cry - "unfair" on the discrimination issue, are they offering any names or locations? Are they offering names of those who fanatically approve? They have to know much of what's going on.

If they are truly 'American,' give us the information on the terrorists. Otherwise, it's deportation time. This isn't the time to be "nice."

I think even if they handed bin Laden over, that we would still go forth with attacks elsewhere if not Afghanistan. But, by getting bin Laden early the commander is gone. Yeah, there are others to take their place, but the one they all looked to would be gone. Maybe a mind game. Maybe they would argue over who is in charge, who knows, but I don't think it would stop if they handed him over. jmo

Agreed. bin Laden's head presented on a gold plated pike will not solve this problem. Every country hosting these camps of terrorists and their ilk must either dismantle the camps or invite the U.S. ashore to do it for them.

I've got a feeling that Saddam is behind this and bin Laden is only the rectum of the bird of prey. Everytime some extremist cleric opens his mouth to support the attack, we should take down his number and check his connections as well.
