I am a New Yorker, and am okay, physically. My daughter was at One Liberty, however, and saw the whole thing, falling bodies and all. She took shelter in the basement of Trinity and then ran uptown. She is in pretty rough shape. I have such sadness, and inability to concentrate, but am ready to do anything I can to help my country, and to help the people who weren't as lucky.

God bless you, Burn24! And your poor daughter! It's understandable that you wouldn't be in the mood to post, and I'm just grateful your family is intact and together. Sounds like a good time to do some major hugging.

All: How about we post a message for all to check in on the NY message board?? How about all the people who attended the protest in NYC? Maybe they could do some checking since they all probably met there?
