Another great Bush press appearance. He has set the limits as to what he will discuss (very little), when he will discuss it (whenever he thinks it appropriate), and how he will deliver the information (however he wants). This is how you maximize the probability of success.

On another thread,via Drudge, a poster was saying that he bet that the U.S. was going to use some kind of aerosol(sp?)bomb,and that it's really hot.I'm wondering if this is what GWB is indirectly referring to when he says that we're going to "smoke them out"?!
