You are welcome. :) One item I just ordered on Sunday was honey. The price of honey is going up, my ward (church) was able to get it at a really good price. I bought 24 pounds (honey never goes bad.)

** I bought 24 pounds (honey never goes bad.) **

Obviously you don't live in Sacramento where the ants chew through glass to get to it and make your life a living h.e.double toothpicks.

Another good point. I don't drink but I have layed in quite a few of those airline sized bottles of alcohol. We also thought about chocolate too. It lasts a good long time in storage, Few weeks ago I opened a bag of herseys kisses I stored in 98.. they were still fresh and good.

No, TVP is Textured Vegetable Protein. Like fake hamburger. It has been improved over the past few years, I'm thinking of trying some out. If it is good, I will buy some in bulk to store.

Alcohol is good in a pinch for disinfecting, and for pain relief. And colds.

LOL!

I have to secure *all* food items carefully or our beloved ant family will ruin our food supply. I hate ants.

I have a friend who lives in Arizona who stores her food storage in a freezer. Weevils are really bad there.
