"Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen" (Rev 18:2)-- Our nation hasnt fallen-- indeed, we are as strong as we ever were. I havent seen us cowering in fear-- I see American patriotism revived like I have never seen in my nineteen short years on earth.
"And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more" (Rev 18:12). Didnt happen. Our economy hasnt tanked yet.
"And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee; And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived." -- Rev 19:22-23. Nope. Didnt happen. The devestation isnt so bad that NY will forever be in darkness, nor is it so bad that people will stop marrying.
Do try to do a little better job of hermaneutics before shooting your mouth off.
"Babylon is fallen" simply signifies the overthrow of worldly, fleshly power in favor of the Kingdom of God.
