Sec. claimed she didn't vote for it because she didn't agree with the resolution, saying something like she didn't want it becoming another vietnam or some crap.
I was so straightforward "Is this the congresswoman who didn't vote to use military force??"
"This is her office...how can I help you, sir?"
"Um yeah....doesn't she think we should get revenge for what happened?"
Sec:" She believes it will be another Vietnam like situation and we will not get out of it for 10 years and hundreds of thousands of lives will be lost."

There is nothing worse than a 'half-war' like that we had in Vietnam. When the U.S. enters a war, it should do so to win. While it's necessary and proper to be vigillant for infringements on citizens' liberties within the U.S., it's imperative that the President and military be able to do what is needed.
