As of this past July 9th, 2001, Meng vs Schwartz - 98cv2859 Judge Lamberth denied a motion to alter judgement, denied a motion to amend judgement and denied a motion for relief of judgement in the Loral Shareholders case. - As of today, July 19, 2001, I'm starting this Loral Shareholders 'Discussion' Thread to make sure this Loral case stays in the spotlight (Latest Posts) for discussion purposes and for all future FR.com posters and lurkers to easily find.
I'm highlighting one of the key defendents, Terrance McAuliffe - because he is now Chairman of the DNC. Yesterday, on MSNBC Hardball, one of their guests was McAuliffe and just before he went off the air -he quickly made sure every viewer heard - that it was the Republicans who did not allow Campaign Finance Reform to make it to the Floor for a vote. But, who was the man who was a key defendent in this Loral Shareholders aiding and abetting espionage case?? TERRANCE McAULIFFE! And which party readily accepted 1.4 million in cash from Bernard Schwartz, the head of Loral? The DEMOCRAT PARTY! And which President allowed Johnny Chung, John Huang and Charlie Trie into the White House with hundreds of thousands of dollars from the Communist Chinese Army?? President Willaim Jefferson Clinton!
So, let's not delay. Let's not let McAuliffe and the DNC get away with fooling the public about - who took/takes the cash!

Yes, now he rememeber it all. Because of the terrorists attack , John Ashcroft asked Dan Burton if he could turn everything over to him once the troops were deployed. Burton said sure and then on that day, all hell broke loose. Indictments were made on Clinton....BOTH of them, McAuliffe, Bernie Schwarts, heads of Loral Space and several others.
This time there was no one left to take the fall for these traitots, all their commrades had already left the country, are doing time in jail or took the 5th.
There was proof , so much proof,oh it had always been there, but Reno had do ,ne her best to hide it, shred it and yet there was plenty left. Those that took the 5th began to come forward to save their fannies and their lives.
Yesssss , it is going to be a good day in America. Our troops will find Osama Ben Lucifer and he will not terrorize anyone again.
Clinton and McAuliffe will be locked up for all eternity as their was proof they not only sold missiles to China but very sensitive national security secrets to them as well. It was not safe to let them out ever.
AS Clinton and McAuliffe etc. are all escorted to their prisons ....a song is playing in the background with Mudboy Slim singing and strumming his guitar..... singing the song about how America made history and how no one was above the law. Red / White and Blue ....rules.

I read Loral's web page when the Cox report made the press. "Loral did nothing illegal", I say Barbera Streisand to that.
