No, Allah is the same God. Islam is an amalgam of several religions (although Muslims are loathe to admit it). They do not worship a "moon god". Muslims can be among the most devout followers of God in the world. The
problem is that, throughout their history, there have been those who have twisted their beliefs into such unbelievable abominations that "Islam" is now equated with "terrorism". It's a damned, unfair shame...........but it's reality. Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Muslim Sudan, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan (sp?), Syria, the Palestinians............all engage in loud, open hatred or seething, quiet anger toward our country. That equates to a majority of Islam.
But again, yes.................they DO, to the surprise of many in this country, worship the same God we do.
Muslims DO NOT WORSHIP THE SAME GOD as Jews and Christians do. "Allah" is not Jehova. "Allah" is the Arabic MOON GOD Please, please STOP insulting their religion! This is getting crazy. We have to do what we have to do but we should not insult their religion. Insulting their religion is a total waste of spiritual energy.
