Thanks for the linked FR thread, Diamond (post #13 above). Your point is well taken. Racism and bigotry cuts several ways and from several differing "sides."

I, for one, had no personal "dog in this fight", at least (not really) until Tuesday when that vicious hate crime was committed against my people - the American people.
