I don't know what channel your watching but all the DemoRATS I've seen interviewed want war with no mention of expense.
I was watching Fox this morning and they were quoting aides to Daschle and Gephardt saying that they would need to see what the president had in mind before they would give him carte blanche. I don't know about you, but I've seen that waffle before.
