One a Boeing 767 from Boston with 90 crew and passengers and the other from Washington Dulles Airport with 60 passengers. Thousands upon thousands are dead. In Washington, D.C., the Pentagon has been hit. Another plane has crashed south of Pittsburgh. The nation is in lockdown. More could be just ahead. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE? First reports indicated that a renowned terrorist group, the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, claimed responsibility. But it is likely that many forces have conspired against the United States in an unprecedented attack. Please pray for the victims. Pray for the families of those who have died. Pray for those who are suffering right now and even near death. Pray for the President. Pray for his protection. He is a likely target. Pray for wisdom for the security council as they decide the safest place for the President and the leadership of the Administration as they chart the course for our nation's response. Stop what you are doing and PRAY! --#2-STAND WITH THE PRESIDENT We are calling on citizens across this nation and around the world to take a stand of solidarity with the United States and in support of the President. This statement of solidarity says three things: --Calls on the President and Congress to make a formal declaration of war against any terrorist groups or nations associated with this attack. --Calls on Congress to immediately cease funding of any groups or nations responsible for terrorism or or house, train or support terrorism. This includes an immediate suspension of more than $100 million in direct aid to the PLO mandated by the Wye Accords and the $75 million in indirect aid to the PLO. --Calls on the President to issue a National Call for Fasting and Prayer for this nation and the victims.
