Harkat-ul-Mujahideen ultras arrested in Delhi EW DELHI: Delhi Police has foiled an attempt by a Pakistan-based militant group to cause blasts in Delhi by arresting two Pakistani nationals belonging to the Harkat-ul-Mujahideen outfit along with explosives from south Delhi, police sources said on Thursday.
