The Taliban are "on board" if you're willing to take announcements at face value. On of the foreign ministers said that if the US can provide evidence of Bin Laden's involvment they were proceed to extradite him.

Various congressmen have been on TV all night suggesting Pakistan is target number 2. Not unreasonable considering their support of the Taliban and their jubilation at our loss.
