I seem to recall that The CIA under President Ronald Wilson Reagan trained Bin Laden back in the 1980's. Is he and the CIA to bear any responsibility for this?

Unfortunately, the CIA has had to work with some very bad people. In the 1980s, did they know Bin Laden was a threat to kill 20,000 US citizens? If they knew, yes, they also are to blame.

Doug can't handle questions like this. Hence, his weak answer. His answer puts down the CIA but not Reagan. Apparently Doug feels that Democratic Presidents are responsible for what happens under them but Republicans have some bad apples working for them sometimes.
