But if you discover that your police department has been busy driving away honest cops and promoting cops on the take, does that factor in?

If you discover that your mayor has been embezzling funds from the city, while simultaneously shutting off streetlights "because we can't pay the electric bills," so that you had to go out at night on a dark street that gave the robbers the ability to rob you and get away easily ... does that factor in?

Here, I'll put it on a level even you can understand: Bad boys do bad things. But if the teacher were watching the classroom instead of getting a BJ from one of the students in the back room, the bad boys would have a much harder time doing their bad things. Are you starting to get a clue? Nobody is "blaming Clinton instead of the perps". That you would come up with such a moronic statement demonstrates that you lack the intelligence to even discuss the situation.

And you doggone bet that Reagan bears some of the blame for the Marine barracks incident. As I recall, he publicly said so. He was a man. Clinton was, and is, a pig.

Well, you made up all sorts of what ifs in order to prove your point, but I'm a third grader? What exactly did Reagan say to blame himself? Under your logic we should be receiving an admission of guilt from W also, otherwise, according to you, he's not a man. Logic is not your strength.

Doug, you're dealing with posters who are unable to connect the dots. The only response to Campion's post # 29, which contains an explanation that a third grader should be able to comprehend, was another barrage of insults. These are probably the same people who think that the President "runs the country", who participate in the presidential job approval polls but have no idea what the President's job consists of, and who are convinced that the current economic downturn has been caused by Bush. The best you'll be able to get out of them is that the 9/11 attack was Bush's fault, why, because he was "running the country" at the time. Remember, any halfwit can buy himself a computah and start posting his half-baked opinions.
