The article isn't clear on what turned ben-Laden so much against America. It implies that he was miffed that he wasn't allowed to drive Iraq out of Arabia and Kuwait. Perhaps he just drifted that way.

Having said that, he sees America as common enemy and according to a Pakistani newspaper he regards an anti-American alliance with Iran and China as something to be considered.

Most rich Arabs send their sons to American universities to become well-educated as far as the west is concerned. If he had been educated in the west he probably would not have such a deep hatred of Americans.

Bin Laden has never been anywhere and doesn't even put his money in any banks where his assets can be frozen.

Another thing, I wonder how many of his brothers and sisters are going to support him, now that the world would like to see him hang.
