Our nation needs to get over the fear. We need to open up our airports. We need to open up our finacial markets. We need to have baseball games, football games, and award ceremonies. We need to open up all the parks and buildings. We must never forget the events of yesterday, but we need to get back to start living our lives as normal again. We can't let these bombings alter what we do, or the terrorists will have won.
We must keep our money invested and continue expaning our businesses. We must make those purchases we planned on and keep our economy going. We must take those vacations and fly on those planes. We can not let the terrorists win.
Where is our fortitude? We are a strong and able country. As devastating as yesterday's events were, we have to pick up and do our part to keep people calm and collected.

Agreed. And while today I'm going about my usual business, I don't want my life to ever again be "business as usual." I don't want to become comfortable about what happened or to become complacent.
Never give up. Never surrender.
Congress got a special briefing today indicating that more attacks were "probable," so it makes sense not to present an ample target by putting lots of Americans together in one place.
Unfortunately, this view is both short-sighted and lethal to our continued existence.
This time, 50,000 died. A month from now, a year from now, ten years from now, the death toll will clearly be 50,000,000.
This time the terrorists brought down two large steel and concrete structures.
Next time, they will bring down an entire country as they detonate portable nuclear weapons in scores of major cities throughout the country.
There can be no such thing as a 'partial' response to this barbarism.
You and I already know that our response will conducted with conventional, not nuclear weapons. We will not hit civilian targets, we will hit military bases and 'suspected' terrorist camps. The response will be minimal, partial, and aimed away from any country that controls the flow of oil to the West.
It will be a total and dismal failure that will do nothing to stop the literally millions of Islamic fanatics who for the next several hundred years (should this fragile globe last that long) will terrorize you, your children, and your grandchildren.
This is the moment to ensure that our children do not grow up in fear and death, but rather that they enjoy life and liberty. To that end, there is only one solution. The ultimate solution.
It is now or never if we wish to see the United States of America continue forward as a nation. We must launch a total and complete nuclear attack for the expressed purpose of obliterating Syria, Iraq, Iran, Libya and Afghanistan from the face of the earth. = Every man, every woman, every child must die.
To do less will only ensure that we will experience the next wave of suicide-bombers, of kamikaze- pilots, of fanatics who will stop at nothing and no one to end our lives and our nation.
I hope I will live just long enough to see the liberals, socialists, and communists among us regret their policy of appeasement when they and their families are cremated in a nuclear holocaust that none of us can even imagine.
No, the days of this once great nation are numbered, and by our own hand. We lack the foresight, the fortitude, and the courage to eliminate the toxic poison of terrorism from our world.
And for this, we shall surely pay the ultimate price, the destruction of our country and our people.
The common expression heard from the 'talking heads' is that "...our lives will never be the same again." That is most certainly an understatement of vast proportion.
Sitting in front of our TV sets and computer screens,we assume that we will find these criminals, put them on trial, give them due process, and kill a few.
We assume we will drop a few bombs here and there and launch our remaining Cruise Missiles hither and yon, and then everything will be fine again, and we will be able to resume out old way of life without worry.
Better think again my friend. Right now in Palestine, a six-year old boy is being trained to one day assemble and detonate a nuclear bomb in New York.
A young Afghan girl is being trained to enter this country and release nerve gas in Chicago. They won't be here next month, but they will be here, over and over, and over, until this country is destroyed.
Kill or be killed.
There is no partial solution here.
Only a final solution which may, God willing, allow us to continue on.
Unfortunately, no one can see past tomorrow's headlines.
Back to normal is like bending over and waiting for it again. We will never be normal again. Thirty Thousand dead in an hour. You are an idiot. Please put your head in the sand while the world is on the brink of destruction. You can ignore that, I can't
This time, it was 50 thousand dead. Next time it will be 50 million dead as portable nuclear devices destroy the last semblance of your 'normal' life.
OTOH, it is apparent that we have been FAR to blase' about the danger posed to our country by terrorism. It is a good time to take stock. True, we have a tendency (especially with all these Democrats running around) to over-react and pass a bunch of laws and new regulations spurred on by the emotion of the moment. That's BAD.
But there are some gaping holes in our national security system. We need to fix 'em while it's fresh on our minds.
This is NOT a skirmish, or a police action, or any other stupid liberal euphemism: this is WAR!
And it will be a long, bloody, and savage war. If we do not act decisively NOW, we will certainly see American cities destroyed, and millions of Americans killed.
I know something of what we used to call "unconventional warfare" (really, terrorism by another name). I also have a pretty good background in Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical weaponry- including hands-on experience with all three. (Don't ask- but I swear to God I am not making this up).
We are so pitifully vulnerable that it makes me want to go up on the roof and scream a warning- but I fear that no-one is listening.
OK, here is a prediction. We are going to LOSE an American city (I suspect San Francisco, but there are other suitable candidates) within a year. We will then be VERY SORRY that we dealt with this recent attack by means of a "measured response".
As for this "Can't we all just move on" crap as posted, I find it beneath commentary.
OK. Let's just admit the bastards won and hide in our shelters....
You suggest we just let these bastards cripple this country?
You guys make the green wackos look like brave souls.
