IDS Bomb Threat

Just heard announced that there is a bomb threat at the IDS
Tower in Mpls. They are investigating but not evacuating.
This was announced by Charlie Weaver, our State Atty Gen'l.

I called Brooks AFB here in San Antonio yesterday at 9:15 to check in with my boss as I had called earlier and left a message that I would be in around noon due to an allergy problem, then saw the devastation on TV. I was shocked that they were not yet aware of what was happening. I told them to notify all our employees and check with the Base Commander for instructions. An hour later, they closed the base and sent everyone home except for key AF personnel.

Better check with your superiors, quick! I pray that everything is ok.

Funny, I'm usually the one reading your posts. I didn't figure my local would ever be that interesting. Actually, yours are still better. All I have to report is that all is quiet on the Midwestern front.
