No, in fact, if you watch what happens in the days ahead, we are going to miss bin Laden, but we will kill unknown numbers of Afgan persons. This will upset Mr. bin Laden, as the killing of American persons upsets you. (of course Moslems are good for killing, so they are not entitled to resent thier countrymen/Islamic brothers beign killed?)
