Yes, but at half mast for the time being, as we grieve for the victims. Then let it fly full height as support for our forces who should by then be in the process of engaging in unrestricted warfare against the terrorists and the nation-states who craven give aid and comfort to them.

Fly the flag. If you don't have one, buy one. Donate blood. Pray especially for the victims and the families most affected by yesterday's tragedy. Don't have the ability to fly our flag at half mast so I hope it's appropriate that it's been flying since yesterday at full throttle.

I did this last night. I dug out my tattered, worn Gulf War flag and set it in it's old familiar place on the porch, and I tied a smaller flag to the antenna of my jeep. People honk and wave as I drive by...
black, white, yellow, red, we are ALL Americans today, and we will not be beaten.

Fox News just reported that one man
rode down on the collapsing debris from the 82nd floor
suffering only a broken leg. His wife is 8 months pregnant. That child will have both parents.
I also heard 5 firemen have been pulled from the debris.
Today will give us stories of heros. American heros.

Yes, fly the flag. Also, put pressure on the White House and Congress to do what they must - officially declare war against terrorists, and governments who support them. The terrorists who are responsible did not commit a civil crime, they committed an act of war. I don't want to bring them to justice like a common criminal. I want to employ the rules of war and wipe them out. There is a big difference. And please, no yellow ribbons - although well intentioned, they make us look like wimps.

Our flag is always flying! My neighbors now have theirs flying too! I will take some extra flags with me to work today (little ones) and we will have a flag party!
Show the bastards everywhere that America is still here and soon some of them will not be!
