I'm all for carpet-bombing a few terrorist camps, but our own government did everything but give Bin Laden an engraved invitation.

The FAA, in particular, knew this was coming, but did nothing of substance, other than to make sure the airlines operated as cheaply as possible. There is no shortage of documentation on that subject.

The genology of this horror goes back to the Afghan war, and has been well known at all levels and in every pertinent office to be building to this point. I doubt that anyone but a madman could think of the magnitude.

While I'd cheer the death of the terrorists, I equally condemn the FAA & associated agencies for knowingly permitting just this, against all warnings.

Barring legal action against the key players in the FAA, we'll see this again.

Scum that the terrorists are; I can't forgive our own government for knowing this was coming and making it so easy.

We'll now hopefully see how they like a really pissed off nation of 270 million people with a $10 trillion dollar economy, and more technology than we know what to do with, coming out looking for camel-humping cowards.

I frankly never cared for the WTC architecturally.

Now I want it rebuilt as the biggest freepin' statement of freedom in the world.

I sure hope so, but any response other than taking down the government of every country that trains, supports, harbors and encourages terrorism will be too little. That means Libya, Sudan, Iran, Irag, Syria, Lebanon and Palestine - at a minimum. Until we are rid of all those governments and we punish those countries sufficiently to have the people understand that those who support terrorism will die, we will not be a free country again.
