I'm not saying I want this to happen but what are the legal issues in this?
If we declare war who/what is it against?
I worry that the President and Congress do not seem to understand this.
Too many people seem to see this as a disaster or a crime.
This was truly a "SURPRISE" attack done without provocation, where American justice will pursue and achieve its full measure!

P.S.,
All comparsions to Pearl Harbor, however, must recognize that Dec. 7, 1941 was NOT in fact a surprise attack at all, but the sacrificial price paid for the United States entry into WWII.
