Please do not use your Cell phones in the NYC area except in extreme emergency we have folks trapped in the tower trying to use them to call for help your call may be tying up lines Please pray for there recovery

Yes, do not use cell phones in Manhattan. Verizon pay telephones are working. By not using cells you may save lives. I am very serious. Stay off the cell lines unless for extreme situations.

Verizon pay telephones are working. And my understanding is the pay phones are all FREE during the state of alert or emergency so no need to worry if you don't have a coin.

Also, if you see a person about ready to bomb another building, you better not call 911 if you are driving....you might get a ticket for trying to save lives.
