The concern is that some charities may be getting singled out for discriminatory reasons.

It's attitudes like this author's that permit these terrorists free reign. A criminal investigation of an organization that happens to be of ethnic origin is not necessarily discrimination, especially if those ethnic groups are linked to terrorism! I hope he can justify that statement to the families of the thousands who died on Sept. 11.
