The concern is that some charities may be getting singled out for discriminatory reasons. It's attitudes like this author's that permit these terrorists free reign. A criminal investigation of an organization that happens to be of ethnic origin is not necessarily discrimination, especially if those ethnic groups are linked to terrorism! I hope he can justify that statement to the families of the thousands who died on Sept. 11.

...just as "ethnic profiling" in Harlem doesn't mean the authorities are targeting a particular ethnic group, true enough. But what if anything did the FBI find after their raid? Are they any wiser as a result?
