It's not just sloppiness at our airports. It's a matter of actual terrorist infiltration, IMHO.A lot of people seem to think they may have been able to get in around security. Sounds logical.

Only some need to have gotten around security. The others just need to have bought tickets as a group of businessmen, or a family. The biggest problem would be operational security.
The oddest thing is they managed to do this from multiple airports.

I live in boston and fly in and out of logan, the security is a joke. Mostly affimitive action employees.

It's not hard to get a gun on the airplane. a number of years ago I was traveling through LAX and the passenger that was screened befor me placed his camera bag on top of the xray machine, walked through the medal detector and reached back and picked up his bag.. SIMPLE. A asked security about that and was told not to interfer with thier work or I would be charged.
