And when does the crisis lift? How do you fight the enemy when he is amongst us? Do you keep all the airplanes out of the air? Or restrict sea travel? Or put up checkpoints outside cities? Ask citizens for their travel papers? How far is to far and who gets to decide? The president must follow the law, ESPECIALLY in time of crisis. It is what makes us who we are, and if we give that up, then we may as well just hand them the keys to the White House.
