If true, this is our best opportunity to find out who is behind this. I wonder if they can pump some kind of knockout gas into the plane & then go in and get the hijackers?

Plane was refused permission to enter U.S. airspace so had to land at Whitehorse as it was low on fuel. Tin foil hats off.

Per Canadian television, the plane was actually low on gas and had called in an emergency due to that- no hijacking.

ABC News confirmed this, pland was forced down by US aircraft and stormed after landing. They had no further info.

ABC television is Seattle just had a yukon reporter on verifying that cdn air force planes forced down jet in whitehorse, yukon. Denials look to be news blackout ordered from cdn. govt. Looks like an incident is happening there right now.

Supposing it's true -- why would there be commandoes ready and able at White Horse, Yukon? Sounds fishy to me.

Hope that Space Needle or whatever it's called in Seattle is evacuated. I would think it's a likely target of these guys.

My guess is, they'll commit suicide rather than allow themselves to be captured. I wonder if it'll be possible to identify them once they're dead.

Thank goodness. All cable news stations are now reporting that the #7 WTC Building may collapse momentarily...they have moved all reporters away from that area.

Governer Jeb Bush has put the state of Florida under a State of Emergency "just in case". They will reasses this at 5:30pm.

Actually, Seattle seems to be a target, as they've had the World Trade Organization meet there in the last few years. Also, I'd suspect the same problems in Montreal.

Could be. The reporter could be misinformed, but he said all the schools had been evacuated etc. etc. It should be noted that the cdn. govt. has broad powers to dictate what gets reported and what doesn't. After this being reported on Dow Jones news wire at 15:47, it was promptly retracted at 15:56. No cdn. news outlets are even discussing it. the u.s. tv station in seattle had the most up to date info. from this guy.

Bank of America Building, all malls, museums, very tall buildings, Space Needle, all evacuated/closed. All ferries carrying passengers only - because of car bomb danger. All bases on top alert status. Traffic backed up on I5 close to military bases, checking all cars. (Atleast this morning.) My job interview in Seattle cancelled due to evacuation of builing. (Happy NOT to be in downtown Seattle right now though.)

I think the 'clamp down' is nationwide on all large structures. The super dome in New Orleans is under guard, etc.

RCMP on cdn. TV now verifying that there are TWO korean air flights in yukon and that they are in discussion with the two pilots as to what to do! something going on here.
