 --  A Couple of things , from here in the Midwest :

 (-) Keep your head and minds screwed on straight , folks . 
 Losing our minds , and panicking , is what the bad 
 guys want us to do

 (-) Pray ! Especially on a day like this , prayer for 
 our fellow citizens , our public servants , and for 
 the Armed Forces would be an excellent idea . 

 (-) A blood drive is another fabulous idea . There 
 are likely to be thousands dead , possibly tens of 
 thousands dead , and tens of thousands more injured . 

     The hospitals in the Greater N.Y.C. area are 
   likely being besieged by casualties . Go to a 
   local hospital or blood bank in your local area . 

     They can store , transport , and/or freeze 
   the blood products to move them into the New 
   York City area . 

 (-) Give the National Security folks and the other 
 federal officials a break . Let them gather the 
 info and evidence that they will need . They will 
 retaliate , but not until they are fairly sure about 
 
    (.) Who did these dastardly acts ?
    (.) Where are they based ?      
    (.) Who are the sponsors ( groups ) ?
    (.) Who are the nations that sponsored , hosted ,
        and supported those terrorists ?
 
 (-) Also pray for President Bush . It appears that 
 he will have many tough decisions to make in the next
 few days and weeks .  

 (-) DO NOT go anywhere near the N.Y.C. area , until 
 Governor Pataki , Mayor Guiliani , et . al , say it is 
 clear and safe . 

 --  Major public and private buildings in the Downtown   
 Cleveland area have been closed :

 .. the Terminal Tower complex (a.k.a. , Tower City
 Center ) ,
 .. the Key Tower ( bank HQ , hotel , etc ) , 
 .. the Anthony Celebreze Federal building 
    ( the major federal building in downtown ) 
 .. undetermined is the status of other federal
 facilities such as the Old Federal Courthouse , and
 the New Federal Courthouse [near Tower City Center] .

 .. Cleveland State University has been closed ,
 and classes have been canceled for the remainder
 of this day .

 .. Schools and Public Libraries ( at least in
 the suburbs ) are open . 

    I am talking to y ' all from one in
 Lakewood , Ohio  .

 --  Cleveland - Hopkins International Airport has been 
 closed , and has also been evacutuated .

Here is Columbus is on a State of High Alert! Government offices and some non-government offices are shut or shutting down. The streets are a mess and police officers are everywhere. Port Cols. is shut down and the schools have police guarding them.

 One passenger plane , with approximately 200 to 250 
 pax , is on the ground , and was surrounded . 

 It is suspicious , but it is not certain , as of yet , 
 that the plane was a hijacked .

North Mississippi; Junior college let out, many stores are closing in the local malls, churches opening for prayer and scheduling church services tonight for prayer. Good advice for all of us...God Bless America...this is a wake up call for America in morals, what is really important in life and how lucky we are to have what we have here in Freedoms. Our forefathers wanted the best for us and did not want us to subvert and change what they set up for us.
