September 11, 2001 -- The GOP congresswoman probing a scandal-scarred housing program that Democratic gubernatorial hopeful Andrew Cuomo oversaw as federal HUD secretary was hit with an ethics complaint yesterday - from one of Cuomo's allies.
Charlie King - who was a regional director of Housing and Urban Development under Cuomo and is now seeking the Democratic nomination for lieutenant governor - claims Westchester Rep. Sue Kelly is trying to embarrass his ex-boss with a "witch hunt."
