You are absolutely correct. So WHY did the parents have to organize this party now? We expect this from 18 yr old boys. Hell, I would've been right there with them, but the Parents should be more responsible.

Some of the partygoers were minors as young as 15. That should have been taken into consideration.
They were all HS students and some probably most not yet 18.
